Missing/Damaged Items
Once items are delivered, please confirm all item/s purchased are provided. If an item/s is not provided upon delivery, please contact info@cpapcentre.com.au within 7 days of receipt of parcel.
If you receive your order and if the item/s is damaged. Please urgently contact us via info@cpapcentre.com.au with proof of damage goods. If item is damaged a replacement item will be shipped out on the next business day if product is in stock. If product is out of stock, an option will be given for a refund/alternative item or to wait for resupply.
The damaged item/s must be returned back to PO BOX 2092, Noosaville Bc, QLD, 4566 with original packaging.
Change of mind/Returns?
CPAP Centre Australia does not offer a return policy for change of mind. While this is our policy, it is at our discretion to grant an approval as a case-by-case scenario. An approved return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
If an item has been opened, there must be an agreement in writing from CPAP Centre Australia to confirm a return can be granted. If approved, shipping fee’s and a restocking fee of 15% is applicable.
Warranty
The warranty for any products purchased via CPAP Centre Australia is provided by the manufacturer who have associated policies. CPAP Centre Australia is obligated to abide by the policies and will honour warranties if all policies are adhered to.
Proof of warranty item with receipt of full payment is required to info@cpapcentre.com.au. A standard warranty period starts from receipt of purchase. The item/s is required to be returned to CPAP Centre Australia, PO BOX 2092, Noosaville Bc, QLD, 4566.
Machine warranties can range from 2-5 years. Masks and CPAP accessories can range from 3-12 months, depending on the manufacturer and item.
Shipping Costs
CPAP Centre Australia offer standard and express shipping with tracking. A standard shipping fee is $15, express post will differ depending on the size of the item, tracking is at no extra cost. From time to time a promotion with CPAP Centre Australia will grant free shipping on all orders.
CPAP Centre Australia will take no responsibility on lost, stolen or missing order/s.
